DIY Package   

Available for home users who are comfortable with installation and configuration of new hardware.   This Package includes the hardware (PCI Modem and one Micro-filter) and line conversion.  No Anti-virus or firewall software provided.

£150.00 (ex VAT) plus £24.99 per month (ex vat) for the account.  

Helpdesk Telephone Technical Support for ADSL or Internet connection problems 25p/min 

On-site Engineer support for general PC or Software problems £25/hr.
